Step 1: Appointment
We make a free appointment with you to answer all your questions and to explain the U.S. tax system and process. If this is going a bit too far, you promise complete tax advice, rather: you can make a free intake appointment in which your U.S. tax liability can be explained. You will then know exactly what you can expect and what the costs are. Our quotations are based on pre-arranged, lump sum payments. The appointment is entirely free of charge.

Step 2: Upload your tax documents
You will receive a check-list from us and can easily deliver your documents via our secure on-line portal. If not available otherwise, you can also submit paper documents, which we will digitize for you.

Step 3: Registration process
We will process the supplied information. If you have any questions, we will contact you in the interim to ensure everything is processed correctly.

Step 4: Concept complete & payment
You will receive a draft of the final declaration. The declaration will only be signed by you and submitted to us after your agreement. Your declaration is then complete and you will receive proof of submission.
